Alchemical Wizard 45 : Heavy Metal Detox in the Age of 5G!
Major symptoms and chronic diseases that are related to Heavy Metal Toxicity are considered to be a problem that hundreds of millions of people deal with in our current “Big Pharma” world. This makes incorporating a Heavy Metal Detox into our health routine to be so extremely important!
Exposure to toxic heavy metals is believed to be a contributing factor, and many root causes of symptoms like low energy, mood disturbances and cognitive decline!
Heavy metals first enter your bloodstream from exposure to so many packaged foods, farmed fish, contaminated water, dental fillings and household products, that it’s not even funny! And to most definitely mention, Graphene oxide in the injectables! Think the “Chem Trails” of the past, as well. These metals then travel throughout your biological body and penetrate the cells of various tissues and organs, where they can remain stored up for years! Like my father who ate things like Bisquick! I always say, “Please read labels if you eat packaged foods or put anything into your biological body!”
Following a heavy metal detox plan is one of the best ways to start reversing symptoms and just incorporating these foods and protocols into our weekly health routines! One thing to be aware of, however, is that while you work on overcoming metal poisoning, you might actually notice some symptoms getting worse before they get better. Potential heavy metal detox symptoms can include fatigue, loss of appetite and digestive issues.
Foods that we will talk about include leafy green veggies, cilantro, other non-starchy veggies, herbs, spices, micro-algae, bone broth and other superfoods!
Detoxifying treatments and certain supplements can also be incorporated into a natural heavy metal detox diet plan to help support our brain, nervous system, liver and other vital organs. Such as NAC! (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
Heavy metals that can lead to toxicity include but are not limited to Mercury, Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, Aluminum, Nickel, Uranium, and Thallium. Other definitions include manganese, iron, lithium, zinc and calcium. And under certain conditions very high levels of even essential minerals can become dangerous!
Heavy metal poisoning describes a number of health problems caused by exposure to environmental metals that accumulate inside the body. According to a report in Scientific World Journal, “Toxic metals such as arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury are ubiquitous and have no beneficial role in human homeostasis and contribute to noncommunicable chronic dis-ease.”
Researchers have identified that significant exposure to at least 23 different environmental metals that are called “heavy metals” can contribute to acute or chronic toxicity. These metals are described as being heavy because they stick around in the biological body, especially hiding out in adipose tissue (fat cells). They are difficult to get rid of, making them similar to fat-soluble toxins. Body fat tries to protect the organs by trapping certain substances inside, including some metals, which causes them to linger. This is one reason why weight loss can sometimes result in heavy metal detoxing, as fat cells shrink and release dormant toxins!
Long-term exposure to heavy metals may lead to physical, muscular and neurological degenerative processes. When they become severe, heavy metal poisoning symptoms can even mimic symptoms associated with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
Because heavy metal poisoning symptoms mimic those related to aging such as loss of memory and increased fatigue, many people blame getting older as the cause of their emerging symptoms, not realizing that heavy metal exposure is a major contributing factor.
In addition, heavy metals in foods like arsenic, lead and cadmium have been linked to several forms of cancer in multiple studies, including lung, kidney, bladder, stomach, brain, skin, liver, prostate, renal, breast, pancreatic and endometrial cancers. They also were associated with risk factors for reproductive, neurological, renal, respiratory, hematopoietic, skin, cardiovascular, immunological and developmental issues!
This is why it is so extremely important that we understand what we are exposed to and what we are putting into our biological bodies! We read labels at the grocery store and why wouldn’t we read the labels on all injectables!
Now that, that is said, why is this so relevant to our postmodern society where “Dirty Frequencies” (Non-harmonic to our Biofield) are so prevalent! Well because there are continually emerging technologies that use radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic fields particularly in telecommunications!
Most telecommunication sources currently operate at frequencies below 6 GHz, including radio and TV broadcasting and wireless sources such as local area networks and mobile telephone networks. With the increasing demand for higher data rates, better quality of service and lower latency to users, future wireless telecommunication sources are planned to operate at frequencies above 6 GHz and into the ‘millimeter wave’ range (30–300 GHz). Oh boy!
Frequencies above 6 GHz have been in use for many years in various applications such as radar, sonar, doppler, microwave links, airport security screening and in medicine for therapeutic applications. However, the planned use of millimeter waves by future wireless telecommunications, particularly the 5th generation (5G) of mobile networks, has given rise to public concern about any possible adverse effects to human health!
Having heavy metals in our biological bodies as these millimeter waves are transmitting can become detrimental to physiological functions! Once we’re near a 5G tower or node and it is switched fully on, it will make us, who are heavily polluted with heavy metals very ill. Think about what metal does if you wear it in an MRI machine or put metal in a microwave. That may very well happen on a cellular level in our biological bodies. Now connect the dots and consider what, one of the objectives in the “Plandemic” was really about!

Here are 12 foods that can help support our weekly Heavy Metal Detoxification Process!
Cilantro. Cilantro is a powerful all-natural detoxifier and is helpful in removing neurotoxins, such as mercury, from the body.
Wild Blueberries. Blueberries are super high in antioxidants, and the wild variety contains an even higher count. The powerful antioxidants found in wild blueberries help to pull heavy metals out of the body while also reversing oxidative damage caused by those heavy metals.
Lemon. Freshly squeezed lemon juice can give your body the detox boost it needs when trying to rid itself of heavy metals. Much of this has to do with hydration. Adding freshly squeezed lemon juice to a glass of water can keep your body hydrated, which in turn can help flush out toxins. Lemons are also rich in vitamin C, which helps protect your cells from damage.
Spirulina. Also known as blue-green algae, spirulina is a plant-based superfood with anti-inflammatory properties that support the body while detoxing heavy metals. Spirulina can also reduce oxidative damage in the brain, according to animal studies.
Chlorella. Chlorella is incredibly nutrient-rich algae grown in fresh or saltwater. Like cilantro, chlorella helps the body detox from neurotoxins such as mercury. One study looking at the effects of chlorella extract in mice found protective benefits when used following lead exposure. Another study found that chlorella intake may help counteract heavy metal poisoning in rats when exposed to cadmium by decreasing cadmium absorption in the body.
Beets! Beets are great for supporting liver health, which is essential for proper body detoxification. One study found that rats given beetroot juice saw an increase in detoxifying enzymes, such as glutathione, which are important for the body’s antioxidant defense.
Garlic. Garlic can boost the production of glutathione, the body’s most powerful antioxidant and a critical antioxidant for detoxification.
Artichokes, yes Artichokes! Like beets, artichokes are also great for supporting the liver. Animal studies found that artichoke extracts from the leaves and roots of the plant held liver-protective benefits in addition to helping liver cells regenerate. This is important when it comes to helping the body detox from heavy metals since one of the primary functions of the liver is to remove toxins.
Turmeric. The active compound of turmeric, curcumin, helps protect the body after mercury exposure when consumed regularly. According to a study conducted on animals, curcumin reduced the markers of kidney as well as liver injury caused by mercury, while also having a positive effect on glutathione levels.
Ginger. Ginger is another excellent anti-inflammatory spice that can help fight off free radical damage in the body caused by heavy metal exposure.
