Alchemical Wizard 15 : Daily Detox
Here is my daily detox protocol on most days for my Avatar (biological body, emotional body, spiritual body) to consider for your self! I am sharing this to inspire all of us to experiment with various healing methods to insure we are optimizing our lives. Especially in this round of the Ascension Process! I personally find it very important to add these detoxifying protocols to my daily routine so that I one, have the energy though out the day and two, don't get to sick when the Airshowers (physics) are not so moderate and have a stressful impact on our Nervous and Endocrine Systems!
1. Hydrate. Water with a squeeze of lemon in it. Or what I do before that, is have my structured water with chlorophyll and kelp iodine in it sitting next the bed and drink some of that first thing in the morning!
2. Alternative coffee or a Golden Milk Latte. Sometimes I have an alternative coffee with Chaga mushroom powder, Cordyceps, Turkey Tail, Reishi, etc., organic roasted Chicory, organic roasted Barley, organic roasted Carob, organic Dandelion root, and organic black Fig powder! Then I froth up some A2 whole milk or a Nut milk alternative! Yum!
3. Vitamins and Supplementation. A diverse spectrum of Probiotics, an Adaptogenic Herbs Supplement, an algae based Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, D3, a Spirulina/cracked cell wall Chlorella, Trace Minerals (I like Shilajit and Icelandic Kelp), Cold pressed Flax seed oil, a natural non synthesized B vitamin complex (think nutritional yeast) and an immune boosting Mushroom myceilium complex among others like a Digestive Enzyme after every meal. Also other immune boosters like bio available Vitamin C, Bio active Silver Hydrosol for those nastier bacteria days when the toxins really need to purge, and a good plant based fermented Multivitamin and Mineral complex!
4. Yoga or Stretching. Something like Yin Yoga, that’s what I mostly do. Also morning Qigong. Stretching and Yoga helps us develop mind muscle memory, balance, good posture and decreases the risk of physical injury, bone health, prevents joint and cartilage breakdown, increases our blood flow and drains our lymphs and boosts immunity. Yoga also helps with our breathing and our energy centers (Chakras) flow, drops our blood pressure, regulates our adrenal glands, I mean the list goes on. I usually follow this with a meditation out in Nature away from artificial EMF’s (eloctromagnetic fields) with my bare feet on the ground for electron flow, if I can!
5. Exercise and Sweat. I do three reps, more now, of various Body Weight Training to help with mitochondrial biogenesis along with an endurance exercise like Cycling. That sounds weird right, but it's not at all. Mitochondrial biogenesis is the process by which cells increase their individual mitochondrial mass and copy number to increase production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as a response to greater energy expenditure. Mitochondria are integral in the metabolism of fatty acids and converting that energy into ATP so it can be used by our biological bodies. ATP, is a molecule that carries energy within cells. It is the main energy currency of living cells which drives many processes including muscle contraction, nerve impulse propagation, and chemical synthesis. I usually try to do this outdoors in nature somewhere as part of the every other day detox followed by a meditation! 6. Superfood Green Smoothie. Yes I make either a Green, Red or Yellow Superfood Smoothie! Yummy. My green one usually has organic avocado, kale, a green superfood powder, extra spirulina / chlorella, a nut milk, coconut yogurt or kefir, some aloe vera juice with pulp and some kind of local fruit. My red one has beats, red superfood powder, blueberries or some seasonal berry, acai berry, fresh carrot juice and frozen tropical fruit. My yellow one has turmeric, ginger, msm crystals, black pepper, some golden milk powder, fresh carrot juice, a tad bit of boron and some immune boosting mushroom powder, and frozen pineapple. Almost all organic ingredients if I can get it. I pretty much add local ginger root to all of them and a bit of cilantro or oregano lately!
7. Cold Shower / Hot Shower. Yes rotate your shower from hot to cold at the end for better blood flow. It's more natural. As cold water hits the body it's ability to get blood circulating leads the arteries to more efficiently pump blood, therefore boosting our overall heart health. It also relieves sore muscles. Athletes take ice baths after training to reduce muscle soreness. A Hot / Cold shower after breaking a sweat doing yoga then body weight training can be just as effective, especially in relieving delayed-onset muscle soreness. I do a 20 minute Sauna after my workout then a cold shower then back in for a fifteen minute sit once or twice a week at the gym!
8. One Meal a Day. Yes I eat one meal between 2pm and 7pm usually five times a week. That way I get my Intermittent Fasting going on! Which helps heat up ones metabolism. Just like the Tibetan Monks. I usually eat an awesome Super Salad. Garbanzo and kidney beans on top or tempeh, beats, sprouts, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cucumbers, arugula, spring mix, spinach, kale, chard’s, cabbages, I mean what is in season, olives, avocado, avocado coconut oil, raw apple cider vinegar, goddess dressing, I just go to town and all organic of course. I make different ones like an Asian one, Mediterranean, Curried, Farmers, the list goes on. OK. Or I do a stir fry over Quinoa or Forbidden rice. As much organic and heirloom as possible. Now in the winter I make root vegetable stews. Consider seasonal and farmers markets!
9. Detox Tea or a Fire Cider! A night time detox tea or a golden milk latte with extra boosters. Or a Matcha green tea latte. A hot beverage to do some journal writing at night. Also I make a batch of my own version of a Fire Cider! An organic apple cider vinegar mixture which includes filtered water, cayenne pepper, ginger, boron, Sodium bicarbonate, squeezed lemon juice and some raw local honey. Then I mix it with another mixture of turmeric, black pepper, and an agave sweetener or local honey. And down that at night for it's health benefits!
10. Sleep. Some nights I sleep for over 8 hours if I can. And sometimes I nap during the day if there was an Airshower at a high frequency at night that didn't let me sleep. Adding more Photonic light to ones Avatar can be taxing. I listen to my Biofield physiology (biological body which is mostly water and micro organisms held together by an electromagnetic field). “ Hey guy's what's going on? Are you guy's working hard or what? Oh, the RNA is helping our dormant DNA re awaken? Great. We had better get some rest so you guys can work on that instead of me adding more stress to your daily and nightly routines!”
