The gut-brain axis or the gut-brain connection describes the two way (bi-directional) connection and communication between the gut and the brain. The gut and the brain are connected through the largest nerve in the body, called the vagus nerve, and they communicate both ways through this nerve connection!
There are also a number of additional pathways that are involved in the complex functioning of the gut-brain axis including communication through various chemical messengers, the endocrine system, gut hormones and neurotransmitters!
Now in the field of study called Neurocardiology, they are discovering the layers of the heart’s complexity, revealing a sophisticated neural network that some researchers have dubbed the heart’s “little brain.”
So we are going to add the Human Avatars Heart as we explore The Gut-Heart-Brain Triaxial!
The heart-brain connection is a fascinating area of study that’s reshaping our understanding of how our biological bodies function. It’s not just about the physical links between these two vital organs, but about the intricate dance of communication and influence that occurs between them. This connection goes far beyond the simple exchange of electrical signals and chemical messengers. It’s a dynamic, two way street that may play a crucial role in our emotional experiences, decision making processes, and even our intuition.
So let us look beyond many of these hormones and neurotransmitters that are actually made in the gut, such as gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), dopamine and serotonin and gut bi-products of carbohydrate fermentation such as short chain fatty acids (SCFA). Now we can look to the Heart as well as what is happening in the gut that can directly influence our brain function and behavior!
We can add how the human heart-brain functionality creates the human toriodal field by the heart’s nervous system. It’s an intricate web of neurons that rivals the complexity of many other organs in the body. In fact, the heart contains around 40,000 neurons. About as many as you’d find in various subcortical regions of the brain!
These neurons aren’t just scattered randomly throughout the heart. They’re organized into a sophisticated network, forming what scientists call the “intrinsic cardiac nervous system.” This system is composed of several types of neurons, including sensory neurons which gather information, interconnecting neurons which process information, and motor neurons which influence the heart’s activity.
The structure of this neural network bears some striking similarities to the brain’s neural architecture. Like the brain, the heart’s nervous system features clusters of neurons (called ganglia) that are interconnected by axons and dendrites. These ganglia act as processing centers, integrating information from various sources and coordinating the heart’s responses.
The heart’s nervous system doesn’t just react to signals from the brain. It can operate independently, making decisions and adjustments based on the information it receives directly from the body. This autonomy allows the heart to respond quickly to changing conditions, without always needing to “check in” with the brain first. This is where intuition or listening to our higher frequency consciousness or “Over Soul” terms, comes into play. The electromagnetic field or the toroidal field of the heart extends out and connects us to the higher vibrational fields (Morphogenic Fields) in the aether, if we listen!
The communication between the gut, heart and brain is far more complex than a simple call and response system. It’s a constant, tri-directional dialogue that influences our thoughts, emotions, and physical state in profound ways.
This communication occurs through several pathways. There’s the well known neural connection via the vagus nerve and the sympathetic nervous system. But there are also hormonal pathways, with the heart producing and releasing hormones that affect brain function. Along with the gut producing hormones from our gut microbiome such as serotonin which is primarily produced in the gastrointestinal tract, with about 90% of it being made in the cells lining the intestines. The remaining serotonin is produced in the brain, specifically in an area called the raphe nuclei in the human brainstem!
But the most interesting and growing evidence is of the electromagnetic connection, with the heart generating a powerful electromagnetic field that influences brain activity! How is your heart today? The second statement in my 3 Decrees book “ Choose Love as Your Guiding Force!” Is your heart heavy? Is it feeling light, today?
The heart produces a range of neurotransmitters and hormones, including norepinephrine, dopamine, and oxytocin. These chemical messengers play crucial roles in emotional processing and decision making. For instance, oxytocin, often called the “love hormone,” is produced in large quantities by the heart and has been linked to feelings of bonding and trust. This biochemical communication may help explain the heart’s role in what we often call intuition or “gut feelings.” The heart seems to be involved in processing emotional information and sending signals to the brain that influence our perceptions and decision making processes!
Studies have shown that the heart’s nervous system can learn and remember patterns. For instance, it can be trained to respond in specific ways to certain stimuli, even in the absence of input from the brain. This suggests a form of memory formation and storage within the heart itself.
The heart also appears to play a role in learning and adaptation. It can adjust its function based on past experiences, optimizing its performance over time. This adaptive capability goes beyond simple reflexes, hinting at a more sophisticated form of information processing.
Moreover, the heart’s rhythms have been shown to influence overall body functions and even brain activity. The concept of heart-brain coherence suggests that when the heart and brain are in sync, it can lead to improved cognitive function and emotional well-being! Here is where we get into Heart Coherence or the Hearts Mindfulness! And also following ones heart as in their true mission/passion in life!
Heart Coherence is a state of cooperative alignment between the heart, mind, emotions and physical systems which includes the gut microbiome. This expands into personal, social and global coherence. Learning to activate qualities of the heart such as care, kindness and acceptance increases our personal coherence!
This results in less mental and emotional pressure, more effective choices and increased resilience. Because our personal coherence is communicated through our energetic field, it has an uplifting impact on others. This is also where the concept of being Mindful comes into play and being aligned with ones heart!
The proven benefits of personal coherence or being mindful also extends to our social and global communities. Social Coherence accesses a collective heart intelligence that helps lift group effectiveness, facilitating authentic communications and easier access to solutions for more harmonious outcomes!
As individuals and groups practice increasing their heart coherence or being mindful and aligned with ones heart, basic truth telling, this will pave the way for a collective momentum that has the potential to transform and uplift consciousness on a global scale!
Through these electromagnetic fields (Morphogenetic Fields) or our Biofield Physiologies we transform or rather transmutate outside “reality” structures! As we embody higher frequencies such as unconditional love, the more we radiate a transformative emotion into the subconscious collective matrix!
In closing… I would like us all to consider… It’s about the Ascension journey, not the 5D destination! It’s not about the old systems of control crumbling, it’s about our participation in navigating a better future for us all!
As we steadily journey towards our adaptive destination, it’s you, that part of our family that upholds the community ethos of our collective endeavor. Each member plays a crucial role, fitting together like a piece of a Cosmic puzzle in the Fluidic Space-Time Continuum, ensuring that we reach our destination safely and successfully!
Blessings Everyone as we continue with Vibrational Medicine modalities to inspire confidence as we unlock resources to make this Ascension shift more meliorative!
One of the motivations for the emerging field of Quantum Biology is to elucidate new insights into biological function that may emerge from a quantum perspective!
We are Sovereign and We are most defiantly Freeing Ourselves! And Please Stay Hydrated as the SEP’S (Solar Energetic Particles) and Air Showers (Gamma chorus waves) continue until this adaptation to a higher frequency is completed!
